When he found his forever home in January 2015, he was so overweight, he could hardly walk a circuit of the park. He was very withdrawn and rather bad tempered, especially at the Vets!
Over the last 2 years, Connor’s owner has worked very hard with him at home, and with regular trips to the Clinic to managing his weight and allergy issues.
Now he’s at his ideal weight and loves nothing more than running around the park with his friends and being a social boy in the pub garden, enjoying all of the attention!
He now pulls to come in the Clinic, especially to see his friend Becky the Vet Nurse.
We couldn’t have done it without the help of you all at Paxtons.
Helen spotted his allergy issues on his first visit and when blood tests confirmed the extent of same all the options were explained with their pros and cons so we were able to make an informed decision.
He does love his monthly visits and his fusses from Becky and Annika. Your support and advice have been invaluable to both of us.
